Notice - End of the acceptance of cash for aviation fees

The Ministry of Transportation and Civil Aviation announces the end of the acceptance of cash for any and all civil aviation fees at any airport within the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

H.E. Minister Daoud Ali Najafi issued a notice informing that after January 15, 2012, cash will no longer be accepted as payment for any civil aviation fee(s) at any airport within the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
All payments will have to be made through an electronic transfer of funds to the Central Bank of Afghanistan.
