The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation of Afghanistan (MOTCA), its Administration, its staff, any individual or legal entity, any international organisation, public, semi-public or private administrative entity that has contributed in any way to the preparation, composition or promulgation of Civil Aviation Data and of any related information or documentation, hereby disclaim any overall liability arising from any inappropriate, improper or fraudulent use of the data provided to subscribers.

Furthermore, neither the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, nor members of its staff shall be held liable for any financial or other consequences whatsoever arising from such inappropriate, improper or fraudulent use.

Moreover, the MOTCA reserves the right to initiate any legal action it shall deem necessary.

The MOTCA undertakes solely to provide to subscriber-users of Civil Aviation Data that information which MOTCA deems, on the basis of its own criteria and its Sovereign discretion, to be appropriate for disclosure.

The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation (MOTCA) takes its obligations with regard to your personal information seriously.

This Privacy Policy sets out the ways the MOTCA handles your personal information via www.caa-af.org. MOTCA is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act. Any personal information collected by MOTCA is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

The information we collect through the Website and the way we use it, if you give us your personal details when you use the Website, we will inform you of the uses we make of that information at the time we collect it from you.
